In4Sustain is going to make several outputs publicly available throughout the project, running from October 2024 to June 2027

Learning Methodologies Roadmap

An European roadmap of innovation in learning methodologies to foster sustainability in the textile and clothing industry. The report will present the results of the In4Sustain Focus Groups with trainers, companies and start-ups, and collect examples on innovative approaches in education and training to foster sustainable development, sense of initiative and entrepreneurial and digital mind-sets.

Consumer Engagement Guide

A Guide with tips and success stories on consumer engagement by textile and clothing companies. The document will present the results of the In4Sustain Living Labs and include successful examples of companies that incorporate sustainability models in their services, practices and tips to measure consumers’ awareness about their environmental impact, actions and tips able to change consumers consumption preferences in a more sustainable way, ways of engaging consumers in sustainable choices and in the design of sustainable products.

Gamified Learning Platform

The In4Sustain Gamified Learning Platform is the project’s one-stop-shop to deliver training on sustainability to learners of the textile and clothing industry. Specific game elements will be integrated with the aim of fostering learners’ engagement and motivation, allowing them to monitor and recognise their progress.

Methodological Handbook

A Practical guide for trainers in the textile and clothing industry describing how to use the In4Sustain gamified platform, how to apply the identified innovative teaching methodologies, including insights from teachers, concrete teaching cases, tricks and implementation hacks and how to combine the platform functionalities with Open Educational Resources and Methodologies.

Open Access Training Materials

In4Sustain Training materials will be produced as pills of contents and will be available in English as Open Educational Resources (OERs). Training contents will address sustainability, UX design, ecodesign, consumer engagement for product development, and other topics emerged from the Focus Groups and Living Labs participatory exchanges.

Train-the-Trainer Report

A Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programme will be held in Slovenia in preparation for the subsequent piloting phase with the T&C industry. During the online and onsite activities, partners will prepare the In4Sustain guidelines for implementing the piloting actions. Participation in the TTT will be officially certified through the European Digital Credential for Learning.

Piloting Activities Report

A Report documenting the In4Sustain piloting activities with trainers and employees of the textile and clothing industry. The report will document the In4Sustain training approach applied and the results achieved during the pilot activities. The piloting is based on a flipped-classroom learning methodology and executed in two phases: a self-learning phase during which learners will access training materials on the In4Sustain gamified learning platform, and a five days Mini-Accelerator Programme hosted by the In4Sustain consortium partners.
