Several In4Sustain events are envisioned where project stakeholders but also the broader audience have the opportunity to contribute with their views and direct inputs. Some of the meetings are addressed to Textile and Clothing Professionals and Trainers to collect the experts’ point of view, whereas some events are open to apparel consumers, that is to say anybody interested in sustainability aspects related to the fashion industry.

Onsite / online meetings hosted by the In4Sustain consortium partners with the aim to identify the participants’ preferences for training contents and methodologies, and collect examples of innovative approaches to education and training that foster sustainable development, sense of initiative and entrepreneurial and digital mind-sets.

Living Lab

WHAT

Onsite / online meetings hosted by the In4Sustain consortium partners providing consumers the opportunity to share their experiences and perspectives on sustainability related to fashion. The aim is to collect examples on sustainability-focused communication practices and successful ways of driving consumers’ choices toward sustainability.

In particular, we’re inviting consumers interested in fashion & accessories, as well as exponents of self-declared sustainable T&C companies to join the discussion (general audience, T&C companies with sustainability focus).

Piloting Activities

WHAT

The In4Sustain training materials and methodologies will be tested and validated with end-users in different pilot sessions across Europe. The activity will be based on a flipped-classroom learning methodology and will include two phases: a self-learning phase during which learners will access the In4Sustain training materials on the gamified learning platform, and a five days Mini-Accelerator Programme hosted by the In4Sustain consortium partners, where participants will apply newly gained knowledge and design-thinking methodology to discover needs, understand consumers perspectives, and identify and prototype solutions, new services or products. The resulting physical prototypes and project presentations will be showcased in the travelling exhibitions across Europe.

Sharing Days

WHAT

Onsite knowledge-sharing events with the aim of promoting the initiative’s key exploitable assets, sharing project results and setting the ground for the project’ sustainability. The final Sharing Day will be organised in Milan and see the participation of the winners of the Mini-Accelerator Programme.
